Whitman Direct Action is currently finishing up its latest endeavor, the Sadhana Clean Water Project, a combination of the Appropriate Technology Study Group in the Kolwan Valley near Pune, the Safe and Sustainable Water Conference in Mumbai, and the Water Book, a compilation of nine case studies from around the continent. We are also in the very early planning stages of our next project, the Trans-Border Community Development Initiative, which will assist migrant workers in Eastern Washington connect with their home communities.
