New WDA updates:
- Daniel to become Study Group facilitator
- Joseph donations: backpacking gear $500-700; $240 wine
- Tabling Saturday 11:30-1:30: Yukta, David, Jessie
- Tabling Sunday 9:00-11:00 am: Jens/Kelsie (to take money and give out items)
REMEMBER to write down Olin 130 on the fliers for Saturday’s event
Handing out fliers at other events:
- Art Exhibition 3 pm: Yukta
- Fridays at Four 4 pm: Jessie
- Parent Faculty Social 5 pm: Kelsie
Pre-auction todo list:
- Jo: Pick up cookies before 2:30—hand off both to the library desk for Yukta, chalking
- Yukta: Make auction information sheets, plates
- Tim: Make maps, pick up sub sandwich
- Jessie: Make descriptions/donation cards
- Everyone: Find leaves/dried flowers/pretty shrubbery for decorations
Friday Set Up 6:15 BRING ALL AUCTION ITEMS! Meet at RED couches
- Tables set up (Table cloths and decorations)
- Chairs set out
- All auction items arranged with appropriate descriptions/donation cards/maps
- Check sound/slide show
Clean Up 9:30: Be there!!!
